Pro is a flat price, not per-seat. Everyday AI actions are governed by your plan, never by your balance: the balance only comes into play for the generative AI, and you can top it up anytime.
Devices, license, and billing
Every subscription comes with one permanent license key that covers all Prism extensions and auto-upgrades or downgrades with your plan. See license and activation. Each plan covers two devices, and you can copy your key, change your plan, or free a device slot anytime at the License Portal.
